Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you and your dog to love Barkwell. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund 
within 90 days of your purchase date — even if the bottle is empty.
How to request a refund
• Email us at support@barkwell.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
• Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide next steps (you may be asked to return the product or 
the empty bottle to Barkwell factory.
• Once approved, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within [5–10] business 
days. Original shipping charges [are / are not] refundable.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account at barkwell.pet or by emailing support@barkwell.com. Cancelling stops future charges. Shipments already processed 
follow the 90-day guarantee above.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [support email] within [30] days with a 
photo and your order number, and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
