These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Barkwell
"we," "us," or "our") and the website barkwell.pet, and any products you purchase from us. By 
accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do 
not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Products
Barkwell sells natural supplements for dogs. We try to display products, ingredients, and descriptions as 
accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Product 
packaging and ingredients may change; always read the label on the product you receive.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order at any 
time — including after you receive an order confirmation — for reasons such as product availability, suspected 
fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we will refund you.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any 
applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our 
payment processor to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. See our Pricing page and 
Refund Policy for details.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
If you enroll in a subscription ("Subscribe & Save" or similar), you authorize us to automatically charge your 
payment method on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout (for example, every [30] days) until you 
cancel. We will send order confirmations for each shipment. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any 
time before the next billing date through your account at barkwell.pet or by emailing support@barkwell.pet
. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund shipments already sent (see Refund Policy).
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes and costs are shown at checkout and on our Pricing/Shipping information. Title and risk of 
loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Health and Veterinary Disclaimer
Barkwell products are supplements intended to support your dog's general wellbeing. They are not medicine 
and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any 
new supplement, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, or has a health condition.
These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This product is not 
intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Barkwell name and branding — is 
owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use it without our prior 
written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for 
any unlawful purpose.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express 
or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, barkwell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total 
liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless barkwell and its officers, employees, and agents from 
any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any 
dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in USA [or: through binding arbitration 

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the latest version. Your 
continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
